Mistletoe
Mistletoe is a evergreen plant, long associated with Christmas, is easily spotted in winter, as its almost spherical form is clearly visible in the bare branches of trees. It is semiparasitic on its host tree. The small green flowers are less noticeable than the round white berries, whose seeds are distributed by birds.

MistletoeLEAVES : Opposite and paired, resembling rabbits’ ears, leathery, with smooth margins.

PLANT HEIGHT : Up to 2m wide.

FLOWER SIZE : Inconspicuous.

FRUIT : Berries, 6–10mm wide, borne at the fork of stems.

FLOWERING TIME : February–April.

SIMILAR SPECIES : None.
